Official Rules SetDepo $25 American Express Gift Card Promotion SetDepo 25 point American Express Rewards Card Promotion 1. Offer: Receive a $25 American Express Gift Card (Gift Card) for each qualifying deposition scheduled directly through SetDepo from January 1, 2008 through April 6, 2008. (Gift Card entry period).   After July 15 2008, Law Firms and Corporations in California, Michigan, New Jersey and Nevada are not eligible to receive gift cards. Offer: Eligible individuals scheduling qualifying depositions from April 7, 2008 through December 31, 2008 will receive a 25 point American Express Rewards Card (Rewards Card entry period). One Rewards Card point equals one U.S. dollar in purchasing power.   After July 15 2008, Law Firms and Corporations in California, Michigan, New Jersey and Nevada are not eligible to receive gift cards. 2. How to Participate: Eligible individuals and firms must request the Gift Card or Rewards Card promotion when scheduling a qualifying deposition during the Gift Card or Rewards Card entry period. 3. Qualifying Depositions: Qualifying depositions are SetDepo depositions scheduled by eligible individuals and firms for general litigation purposes and completed in full through job invoicing. Please note: Multiple depositions within the same SetDepo assignment number will award only one Gift Card. 4. Fulfillment: Please allow four to six weeks after invoicing of the qualifying deposition for Gift Card or Rewards Card delivery. 5. Gift Card or Rewards Card Recipient obligations: Gift Card or Rewards Card Recipient (Recipient) agrees to abide by these Official Rules and by the decisions of SetDepo and AlexanderGallo Holdings, LLC which are final and binding on all matters pertaining to these offers. It is the Recipient’s responsibility to ensure that the Gift Card or Rewards Card is received, redeemed and/or distributed in accordance with the Recipient’s company policies. SetDepo and Alexander Gallo Holdings, LLC assume no liability should the Recipient’s receipt, use and/or distribution of a Gift Card or Rewards Card violates the Recipient’s corporate policies. SetDepo and Alexander Gallo Holdings, LLC assume no liability for lost, stolen or damaged cards. By accepting the Gift Card or Rewards Card, the Recipient agrees to the terms and conditions set forth by American Express and that Gift Cards or Rewards Cards will be used in accordance with American Express and American Express Incentive Services terms and conditions. 6.
